We will care for your data in the same way that we would want to be cared for and of course, kept secure. We will only share your personal information where we require a third party to help deliver our service to you (such as producing a tender). We collect a variety of data in order to deliver our services, and we will manage your personal data transparently, fairly and securely. We may ask you to provide us the following data –
Names, address, email address, phone number, social media message and building drawings/specification information which may include personal data.
We use the above data to provide a personalised service to be able to contact you about your building work and for marketing purposes (providing you sign up for it). The information collected will be used to arrange appointments, produce a tender, contact clients during the building process and arrange deliveries. On completion of your project your name and address may be used as part of our client contact list for future works. This will only ever be used with your authority. Being a construction business, we photograph our projects along the way to showcase our building work on social media and our website (https://www.dsbardenbuilding.co.uk/). Photos will only be used with your permission and will never be connected online to your names or address.
Your building drawings/specifications may be shared with subcontractors and suppliers at the tendering process to be able to provide you with a quote for your build. Once a contract is signed your contact details may be used by our staff to arrange deliveries to site or arrange meetings with suppliers.
We collect this data on the following lawful basis: to arrange our contract and for legitimate business purposes.
When you visit our website we also collect Cookies. These are small pieces of data that websites send to a user’s computer and are stored on the user’s web browser. They are designed to enable the website to remember information. This helps us personalise your experience.
Which third parties do we share Personal Data with?

Why do we share your Personal Data with the above?
We share your data in order to deliver our service to you, for marketing purposes (if requested), to personalise your experience and for tax purposes.
