Mr & Mrs. McCrum: "We recently completed our first house renovation, adding a double side extension and single story back extension, plus several improvements to the existing house. Dan and his team made what could have been a very stressful situation into a very positive and successful experience.  Having spoken to several builders in the build-up to the work commencing, we were impressed by Dan’s attitude to the build. He was excited at the prospect of the project which made us confident in our choice. We had issues with the access to our property and Dan was the only builder that did not bring this up in the initial discussions – preferring to focus on how we would achieve the finish we wanted within our budget.

 

We were impressed with how the build went to schedule and that at each milestone, the next step was ready to commence straight away. There were no unnecessary delays and the build came in a week or so ahead of schedule.  As with most projects, there were lots of things that popped up during the build and changes that we wanted to make. Dan was always available to discuss the changes and offer advice on the most cost-effective solutions.

 

Dan’s team were also a pleasure to have around. We were living in the property in the initial stages of the build and they were always courteous and helpful with us and our neighbours, keeping the disruption to a minimum.  It’s clear that Dan cares a lot about the reputation of his company and this shows through in the work that he and his team do.
